Shipping

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via standard or registered mail services.

Standard shipping dos not include tracking number, so we are not responsible for any package loss that may occur.

Registered mail service include tracking number and signature required at delivery time..

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport and packing fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns for non-defective material.

Returns are accepted within 7 days after customer receives the package with the following conditions:

  • The goods and it’s package must be in its original condition and not opened;
  • We get notified by e-mail within this 7 days period of customer intention to return the goods and the reason behind this return;
  • Customer accepts to pay the returning shipping costs.

The refund is processed only after goods arrival to our warehouse and its state confirmation. Only goods value and its corresponding taxes will be refunded.

Returns for factory defective material.

Returns are accepted within 7 days after customer receives the package with the following conditions:

  • We get notified by e-mail within this 7 days period of customer intention to return the goods;
  • Customer must send pictures and/or videos proving the defect.

The refund is processed only after goods arrival to our warehouse and its state confirmation.

For customer that don’t want new goods resent:

  • And all items have been returned, we will process full refund;
  • And only some goods have been returned, we will refund the goods value and its corresponding shipping part. This is calculated as a percentage based in the ratio of total original package weight to the returned good weight.

For customers that want the goods resent, we will resend them immediately. In the case that the good is no longer in stock, we will ask customer for his availability to wait for restock. If customer don’t want to wait, we will process refund like in previous statement “For customer that don’t want new goods resent”

The returning shipping costs payed by customer will be offered in the form of Store Credit for future purchases.
